The Porridge Witch is out and about again with her luxury porridge, on Saturday 16 May at Darlington Pumping Station Steampunk Weekend. Try some delicious creamy hot porridge with or without the alcoholic additions and come to listen to The Jigsaw Band at our stall, playing foot stomping jigs and reels when we are not serving porridge.
After a winter of enjoying the warming porridge and selling at Middleton in Teesdale’s Farmers market, The Porridge Witch is on the move again this Easter Weekend and can be found at Darlington Pumping Station when the pumping station is having its open day and the engines will be running. And because it is Easter there will be a special Easter Egg porridge, delicious for children and adults. Yum! As an extra treat, The Jigsaw Band will also be playing some bouncy jigs and reels when not serving porridge.
